I made a stopmotion cv film a few months ago, and released it to the wilds (well, youtube) today. If you like, have a look.

Also, I'm considering investing in a button making machine. Any tips?

thanks for the interest josh. I'm working on a website right as this very moment, but i have my blog up already, it's at valeriepica.com/blog
it's nothing too special, but certainly a lot more up to date than this old thing!
are you going to print the Hana saga one day? i do try to keep up but reading online hurts my eyes! and you've found so many artists that it would make a great piece.
hope you are well :}

thanks for responding, valerie. i'm tres excited to check out your blog and shall bookmark the snot out of it! :)

volume 1 of hana is in print. i'm not sure how accurate the price is, but it's available at [link]. it just has alison berry's drawings in it, though. the cover art is by afu chan and the guy who designed the book is the same gentleman who designed my website. volume 2 will receive a similar treatment when it's complete. i'm pretty proud of it all.

i hope you are well as well. :)

i just realised you'd already mentioned you're self publishing the book, how ridiculous, sorry! you should get it stab bound in the japanese style. that would be beautiful. the writing and images and the final book form would be wonderful together.

how come u have only over 2,000 pgv?
Your gallery is so charming

thank you though, it's very kind of you.

actually, i now work in waterstones, and have the pick of many (admittedly battered and often trashy) books. huzzah! i'm realising just how soft-lit the majority of well-selling books are.
ouside of that, found ayn rand, though i hear she's not favoured in america. any recommendations?
